Within the five thermal pools, we organize various entertainment and sports activities. From Monday to Friday, in the morning and in the afternoon, our guests can choose among several activities including water fitness. On Wednesdays, we hold a free demonstration of Watsu (shiatsu in thermal water) with the possibility of booking individual sessions.
Regaining tone with dynamic movements. The activities we organize in our thermal pools help strengthen the muscles and increase the circulation. A combination of breathing exercises, balancing and stretching help benefit the lymphatic drainage which slims, lightens and tones the whole body.
It consists of Shiatsu in thermal water and it helps to feel relaxed and to ease muscle tension while simultaneously improving the cardiovascular system. It is recommended for people of all ages, and it is an excellent workout for pregnant women. Ideal workout in combination with your Aqua wellness experience.
