The following indications and rules aim at making your holiday safe
- The access to the Hotel will only allowed with a body temperature of 37,5 ° C. The temperature can be measured on some occasions during your stay, for example before entering the spa.
- The possible appearance of symptoms that could be related to Covid-19 must be promptly reported to the staff and to our doctor
- It is always mandatory to wear a face mask inside the Hotel. Guests and staff must respect the social distancing of at least one meter.
- Personal hygiene must be paid extreme attention, in particular hand washing.
Continental Terme Hotel for its Guests
- Hand sanitizing gel dispensers have been installed at strategic and most frequented places.
- Staff will be equipped with face masks and gloves
- Cleaning will be performed with the usual scrupulousness and with specific products for the elimination of viruses. The cleaning of those sensitive parts or where there may have been a higher risk has also been implemented
- In the restaurant and in the bar areas there will be a minimum distance of one and a half meter between one table and another. Those belonging to the same family are not obliged to respect this distance. Any groups who want to sit at the same table are subject to the signing of a resolution to that effect.
- The buffet will be available but Guests only can view it. Our staff will guarantee the table service from breakfast to dinner.
- In the outdoor pool area umbrellas and deck chairs have been positioned leaving a dedicated space of at least 10 sqm at each location and will be sanitized at each change of person or family.
- The swimming pools will observe limited entrances in order to avoid gatherings (we assure our Guests that, due to the largeness of the pools, there will be no waiting time for swimming). In the water, an interpersonal distance of at least 2 meters is required.
- The gym will observe a restricted number of entrances and a distance of at least two meters between one apparatus and the other will be ensured. Before and after using the tools each Guest will have to clean them with the product made available.
- Spa treatments, beauty treatments, massages and hairdressing services are allowed and will regularly take place. Operators will be equipped with a face mask and a protective visor. Before use, each room will be properly sanitized.
All the above indications follow the national and international guidelines for the fight against Covid-19.
