Our new spa, which overlooks the water, was opened at the end of 2016, and represents the latest addition to the Continental Terme Hotel Spa. Designed as an architecturally elevated structure beside the pool area, it offers a beautiful view of the Euganean Hills and it represents the quintessence of the Continental Terme Hotel wellness concept. Connecting the beauty farm, Damadama with the thermal waters, it acts as a physical and conceptual “trait d’union”.

It has been thought to harmonize the various forms of wellness and relaxation in a unique synergy which brings together the traditional spa and the latest avant-garde beauty treatments. Guests have the opportunity to experiment a wide range of experiences and sensory treatments, taking advantage of the best elements of wellness philosophies.

250 sqm spa with Hamman, turkish bath and brine bath, Multi-sensory shower and geysers for humidity; Finnish sauna, savu sauna and a cold dry area. In addition, a large relaxation area which is 400 sqm and is equipped with large windows allowing natural light to enter and is for relaxing and recovering.

Soft Sauna

A sister of the most famous Finnish sauna, it owes its black colour to the ancient tradition of heating the sauna with a live fire, the soot from which blackens the walls. Slightly less strong than the Finnish sauna, it recalls its methods of use and benefits.

Finnish Sauna

The origins of the Finnish sauna are very ancient. Born in very cold environments (Russia / Finland) for personal hygiene functions and as natural medicine, it is also a pleasant meeting place for moments of socialization. The benefits of a sauna session are multiple: from perspiration of the skin, to the elimination of excess fluids, to muscle relaxation.

Turkish Bath

The origins of the Turkish bath date back to Roman times, if not even earlier.
It was the ideal place to meet and socialize and to take care of your personal hygiene, within the vast spa complex. The benefits of a session immersed in the steam of the Turkish bath are: deep cleansing of the skin, softening of the respiratory tract, psychophysical relaxation, skin elasticity.

Mediterranean Bath

A modern reinterpretation of the Roman baths. The temperature is moderate, so it is easy to converse. The Mediterranean bath eliminates metabolic waste and excess fluid, tightens the skin, and a longer stay can help eliminate fat deposits.

Cold Room

The cold room is referred to as the reaction environment. The cold room is referred to as the reaction environment after the stay in the sauna or turkish bath.

Stay inside for a maximum of 5 minutes.

Emotional Shower
